The nomadic life I live and the experiences I make are essential for me to be creative and to be focused on my projects and in my work with my clients.

However, my professional career started in a rather classical way and I look back on many years of corporate experience in projects.
Mostly, success there was measured in financial terms. Companies do it that way because they want to satisfy shareholders financially. I explicitly say “want to” in this context, because you don’t have to do anything. Contracts and financial dependencies are always man-made.
I don’t measure myself by financial figures anymore, the survival of a company is a necessity of course for me. Much more important are the satisfaction of the entrepreneur, the employees and the value they collectively bring to society with their product or service.
