Hello, I am Bianka. digital nomadin and founder of some exciting businesses.<\/span><\/p>\n

The nomadic life I live and the experiences I make are essential for me to be creative and to be focused on my projects and in my work with my clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

On my journeys I meet many other entrepreneurs and exciting people with whom I connect and sometimes a longer-term collaboration develops. <\/span><\/p>\n

Every person I meet enriches my thinking and my work with my clients. Every third-party project I get to look into inspires me and gives me new ideas. <\/span><\/p>\n

However, my professional career started in a rather classical way and I look back on many years of corporate experience in projects. <\/span><\/p>\n

Mostly, success there was measured in financial terms. Companies do it that way because they want to satisfy shareholders financially. I explicitly say “want to” in this context, because you don’t have to do anything. Contracts and financial dependencies are always man-made. <\/span><\/p>\n

I don’t measure myself by financial figures anymore, the survival of a company is a necessity of course for me. Much more important are the satisfaction of the entrepreneur, the employees and the value they collectively bring to society with their product or service. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
